We are in an exciting phase of growth as we continue to expand our business operations and reach new markets in the UK and USA, and we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis and the wider company in this exciting journey.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Dublin office, will provide effective administrative support to our global team and will have varying responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working autonomously as with a team. You will bring enthusiasm to the office and offer up new ideas.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Support the CEO when required, including preparing documentation and following up on company procedures.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of our offices.
  • Coordinate company events, celebrations, lunches, meetings and learning opportunities.
  • Oversee management of day-to-day facilities, administration requirements, and general office management.
  • Manage the travel arrangements and coordination for the management team and others as required.
  • Prepare papers, agendas and other relevant materials for teams/attendees prior to key meetings. Organise internal and external meetings and events and all related logistics.
  • Work closely with the HR team in a variety of HR initiatives to motivate and engage the team.

To be considered for this position you will

  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Have the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work on different tasks at the same time.
  • Have a positive approach to work and willingness to be part of a dynamic team.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Have experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events.
