We are in an exciting phase of growth as we continue to expand our business operations and reach new markets in the UK and USA, and we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to come on board and be part of the Customer Success Team and the wider company in this exciting journey.
Role and responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Product Manager will fill an important role in managing the success of our Product Range
The Product Managers is responsible for guaranteeing the success of our product line.
You will make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses.
Create and Manage the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release.
A cross-functional role, you will bridge the gap among the different departments involved in successfully bringing your product(s) to market, including Technology, engineering, logistics, marketing, sales, and customer operations.
Your ultimate goal is the creation and launch of products that meet customer’s needs — growing market share and success.
