Our recently released research revealed that 55% of UK and Ireland HGV drivers surveyed said they do not regularly carry out important daily walkaround checks. At the same time, we surveyed HGV fleet managers in the UK and Ireland about the walkaround safety check systems operators use.

50.8% of respondents told us their organization still uses a paper and pen system for vehicle walkaround checks. 38.6% said they use an app and 10.6% voted ‘other’.
