The health, wellbeing and safety of our staff, customers and the general public is our utmost priority. The CameraMatics leadership team are in constant communication to ensure they stay on top of new coronavirus developments or legislation in each country and act accordingly.
Haulage, Road Transport, Logistics and drivers across the globe are at the very heart of keeping the world turning, ensuring food, medical and other supplies are available where needed. We are committed to ensuring fleet vehicles and drivers remain protected, and our focus on service will remain unchanged during these challenging times.
What are we doing for our customers?
CameraMatics remains open! We are a modern, cloud-based company and will continue to support our customers around the world via phone, web and email channels. However, we have made careful and appropriate changes to how we operate in line with the current situation.
- We have cancelled international and non-essential travel.
- We have implemented a ‘no handshaking’ policy – no offence is meant, and we will greet contacts with a warm smile instead of the usual firm handshake.
- We can fully demonstrate the CameraMatics solution virtually and will continue to respond to enquiries and demo requests as normal.
Our supply chain is robust and remains fully operational, we have plenty of stock to satisfy global demand over the coming months.
Installations are currently still going ahead, but we are taking precautions designed to protect you and your customers as well as our staff. Any software faults/upgrades will be done remotely where possible.
What are we doing for our staff?
At the moment, 70% of our staff are working from home. If any of our employees show symptoms or contract Covid-19 we will continue to support them in every possible way and by following our established sickness policy and statutory requirements.
This is a fluid situation which will continue to change, and we appreciate your patience as we work in a new environment. We will closely monitor local government policy and make adjustments as needed.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
