 We are in an exciting stage of growth as we continue to expand our business operations and reach new markets, and we are looking for a Content Marketing Manager  to come on board and be part of the marketing team and the wider company in this exciting journey.  

The Role 

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for the definition and delivery of the content strategy & road map from  Thought Leadership (TL), PR & Comms to successful demand generation  campaigns that generate brand awareness, educate customers and ultimately increase pipeline. 

The Content Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the rest of the team members across content & brand, digital and design.

Responsibilities:
  • Define, plan and execute the overall content strategy and roadmap from brand awareness to demand generation content marketing across all owned & paid channels 
  • Content ideation & copywriting for short and long form content - customer success stories, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, webinars, blogs, articles, social copy, adverts, emails, landing pages, press releases, sponsorships, awards submissions, etc. 
  • PR - manage the relationship with journalists, editors, industry distribution channels and industry associations to ensure CameraMatics has the best possible network and relationships to leverage our news & comms while accurately reflecting our brand positioning in the industry 
  • Write & distribute press releases for new partner signings, company news, product launches, editorials, sponsored content etc 
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on the management of the social media channels calendar & strategies; create social media content that educates and attracts our target audiences  
  • Conduct content audits and gap analysis; review existing material to determine what is relevant, consistent, or missing for each target audience. 
  • Constantly research, keep up to date with global industry trends and insights and apply to our content 
  • Content creation to support various internal business functions (customer success, sales, product etc) or external strategic partners (channel) that maximize our market exposure and build on our brand values 
  • Regionalize content to support our North America market 
  • Create briefs to progress projects and campaigns to design and digital implementation and monitor these through completion 
  • Understanding of SEO and SEO best practices and applying this to web content; analyse the performance of content and the web traffic results 
  • Thrive in a structured environment and very organized team and do well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where collaboration, critical thinking and innovation are important to achieve success

Requirements 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Media, Journalism, Communications, PR or Marketing 
  • Superior oral and written communication skills, with 3 to 4 years' experience in a similar role preferably for a B2B SaaS/ automotive/ tech company on the brand or agency side   
  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates exceptional writing skills & creativity 
  • End to end experience in content management and production from taking internal direction to writing content pieces to briefing them to design and bringing them to completion 
  • Enjoys research and staying up to date with trends and industry or marketing news 
  • Excellent attention to detail for reviewing, proofing and optimizing content  
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms  
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present strategic and tactical ideas effectively. 
  • Extremely organized and with good time management skills  
  • Ability to manage diverse activities, meet deadlines, and flexibility to changing situations and priorities. 
  • General knowledge in CMS & marketing automation tools (HubSpot, etc)
