Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland

We are in an exciting stage of growth as we continue to expand our business operations and reach new markets, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to come on board and be part of the marketing team and the wider company in this exciting journey.

The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing programs that drive brand awareness and pipeline for revenue generation in order to meet the company's growth objectives across markets.

This role involves close and direct collaboration with Brand & Content Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to develop a robust digital presence across our websites, digital channels and email marketing.  

  • Responsible for the planning, creation and implementation of the growth marketing plan across organic and paid digital channels: websites, SEO, PPC, Social Media, e-mail marketing, etc
  • Build the calendar of activities and an excellent framework for multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on driving market awareness and engagement, educating and capturing customers’ interest, while ultimately building a pipeline across markets
  • Strategically plan, implement and execute e-mail marketing automation campaigns (Hubspot, PipeDrive etc) in order to drive MQL and SQL leads
  • Manage funnel automation, landing pages that convert, create lead forms and workflows
  • Run multichannel ABM campaigns, AB testing, evaluation and reporting
  • Responsible for the full cycle set up of all digital campaigns including optimization and reporting
  • Identify and prioritize digital marketing objectives; analyse campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, to optimize campaigns and produce the best return on investment
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure key deliverables are met
  • Feed into and influence the content strategy to address the requirements across markets
  • The Digital Marketing Manager will define best practices and interpret data and gain insights that translate into actionable changes and informed decisions in all activities

Skills and Experience:

  • 3 to 4 yr hands on experience in a similar digital marketing manager role preferably, B2B SaaS
  • Track record of successful growth/ performance campaigns and growth in sales revenue
  • Strong digital experience with excellent understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (tracking, conversion, personalisation), SEO, SEM, PPC, display, remarketing. Programmatic experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is essential) and marketing technology systems
  • Analytical approach with a strong ability for analysing data and visitor statistics
  • Excellent experience in Google AdWords, Google Analytics
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills with ability to multi-task under time constraints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, dependability, and a high level of motivation

CameraMatics is looking for Account Executives to join our rapidly growing teams which cover Ireland, the UK and the USA.

What you will do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and how they add value to our customers' businesses. 
  • Use a customer-focused, value-oriented consultative sales approach to educate customers on how our technology will add value to their business.
  • Proactively follow up on inbound marketing leads and generate your own pipeline by identifying key players, generating interest, and developing opportunities.
  • Complete end-to-end sales cycle from cold calling, discovery, facilitating web-based product demonstrations, negotiating and closing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales metrics and quotas.
  • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results in the CRM.
  • Independent managing and reporting of forecasts and pipelines.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years B2B inside sales experience (previous SaaS experience a plus).
  • Solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous positions.
  • Ability to professionally articulate technical product specifications and product value propositions.
  • Strong forecasting skills and administrative hygiene to maintain an accurate view of your pipeline within the CRM.
  • Numbers-driven and ability to perform ROI calculations.
