CameraMatics is looking for Business Development Representatives to join our rapidly growing teams in Dublin, Ireland and Virginia, USA

To support this rapid growth, we are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced start-up and is passionate in hunting new business and introducing our platform. This is a “hunting” role and is suitable for someone who enjoys winning, is highly self-motivated and competitive.   

What you will do: 

  • Conduct high volume prospecting and need assessments calls with specific prospects. 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with assigned field sales rep to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans. 
  • Learn about prospects business challenges to determine whether CameraMatics will serve as a solution. 
  • Concisely communicate the value of our service and gain interest in a deeper conversation with a Sales Executive. 
  • Work internally with the sales management and marketing team to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations. 
  • Execute structured multi-channel (call, email, social) outreach cadence. 
  • Meet & exceed monthly and quarterly targets. 

Who you are: 

  • Sales and prospecting experience. 
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals quotas in previous positions. 
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach to achieving them. 
  • The ability to deal and address objections. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong administrative hygiene to maintain an accurate view of your pipeline within the CRM. 
  • Operate with a growth mindset and have the flexibility to adapt to a changing, high growth start-up environment. 
  • Exceptional written and spoken English for communicating with all stakeholders.
