CameraMatics is looking for Account Executives to join our rapidly growing teams which cover Ireland, the UK and the USA.

CameraMatics is one of the fastest-growing Irish start-ups with an award-winning software solution for Fleet Risk Management. Our platform incorporates camera technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning and telematics to improve safety for fleets, including vehicle tracking, live video management, safety and risk management, smart cameras, and real-time accident reporting. With over 400 customers globally, including many of the world’s largest fleet operators, we have experienced a 300% rise in revenue over the last 12 months despite the pandemic. The company has offices in Dublin, Waterford, London, and Virginia USA.

To support this rapid growth, we are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and has an impressive track record of closing B2B sales. This is a “hunting” role and is suitable for someone who enjoys winning, is highly self-motivated and competitive. 

What you will do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and how they add value to our customers' businesses. 
  • Use a customer-focused, value-oriented consultative sales approach to educate customers on how our technology will add value to their business.
  • Proactively follow up on inbound marketing leads and generate your own pipeline by identifying key players, generating interest, and developing opportunities.
  • Complete end-to-end sales cycle from cold calling, discovery, facilitating web-based product demonstrations, negotiating and closing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales metrics and quotas.
  • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results in the CRM.
  • Independent managing and reporting of forecasts and pipelines.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years B2B inside sales experience (previous SaaS experience a plus).
  • Solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous positions.
  • Ability to professionally articulate technical product specifications and product value propositions.
  • Strong forecasting skills and administrative hygiene to maintain an accurate view of your pipeline within the CRM.
  • Numbers-driven and ability to perform ROI calculations.
  • Operate with a growth mindset and have the flexibility to adapt to a changing, high growth start-up environment.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English for communicating with all stakeholders.
