The Motor Transport Awards offer important industry recognition and have been running for some 34 years. They are a benchmark for excellence among UK road transport fleet operators, vehicle manufacturers and other innovators.
Award entries are independently judged by a team of over 50 senior figures from across the transport industry. Being shortlisted is recognition of the quality of CameraMatics contribution to transport in the UK and beyond.
The rearranged ceremony will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 27 August. Technical Excellence is one of 20 Motor Transport Awards. The awards event gathers around 1,500 people from across the UK transport sector.

‘CameraMatics Go’ reaches the final shortlist
Our entry focused on CameraMatics Go. The app was developed to empower and simplify the lives of fleet managers and drivers. CameraMatics G0 gives key risk management, safety and compliance information in the palm of your hand.
Before we developed CameraMatics Go we did a significant amount of research amongst fleet managers and fleet operators to find out their top priorities. Top of the list was to not to have to juggle multiple systems at once, and the ability to view and manage fleets remotely or on the move – not being tied to a desk.
Key benefits reported by our customers include reduced paperwork and no risk of papers being lost, capture of all information in the event of incident/accident, the ability to link compliance data with onboard footage, instant access and secure storage of data, and overall improved compliance.
For the Technical Excellence Award, sponsored by Hankook, we’re up against three excellent companies from across the transport sector. These are Aspöck Systems, Bibby Distribution and Tesco.
