Inside Sales Professionals (Full Time)

CameraMatics is one of Ireland’s fastest growing award-winning technology companies with offices in Dublin, Waterford, London and Virginia USA. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Inside Sales.

Based in our Dublin office reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Inside Sales team plays a key role in expanding our client portfolio.

The key functions of the position will be to actively grow CameraMatics expanding list of domestic & international clients, by identifying and targeting sales opportunities and transforming them into real prospects. A Demand Generation department fully supports the Inside Sales process.

If you have at least 2 yrs B2B inside sales experience, are hungry to work for a young dynamic technology company with a global reach, your attitude is positive and your looking to achieve further personal success then we want to hear from you!

The Role:

  • Manage client lists and prospecting for new business
  • Deliver on agreed customer acquisitions, new business revenue and pipeline targets
  • Delivery of discovery sales presentations over the telephone
  • Work as part of the team to pre-emptively identify opportunities to grow year on year revenue
  • Monitor personal performance against gains and losses and share key learnings with the team
  • Closely monitor competitor activity and developments in the sector
  • Work cohesively with other members of the sales team in the interest of achieving overall team targets
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive and up-to- date list of clients and prospects

The Candidate:

  • 2+ years proven B2B Inside sales
  • Excellent technical acumen in order to add value to customer discussions and translate product strengths into business benefits
  • Demonstrated experience of selling high-value contracts involving multiple decision makers
  • Experienced background in developing and managing commercial relationships
  • Proven track record of exceeding above and beyond targets
  • Ability to identify, qualify and close off new leads
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Understanding of LinkedIn and other prospecting tools
