CameraMatics wins Innovation Award at Fleet Transport Awards 2020

We’re absolutely delighted to have won the Innovation Award (sponsored by easytrip) at the 14th Annual Fleet Transport Awards, held in Dublin. The Fleet Transport Awards is an important event which showcase and recognise the best of the fleet and vehicle industry.

Innovation, ongoing development and being at the cutting edge of technology is integral to our success. Scooping the award for our CameraMatics system amid a strong field of finalists recognises our position as the leading innovators in the Fleet Transport industry. The awards joins our range of vehicle safety solution and fleet sector awards.

Our all-round solution combines the benefits of traditional telematics with the most cutting-edge smart camera technology providing increased awareness and visibility to drivers and giving fleet managers peace of mind.

It’s no surprise that a number of other award-winners at the Fleet Transport Awards are implementing our CameraMatics solutions across their fleets! Many congratulations to Hendrick European who won not only the overall title ‘Irish Haulier of the Year 2020’, but also the International Haulier of the Year 2020 award.

Other CameraMatics customers receiving recognition include Virginia International Transport (Excellence in Warehousing & Product Handling), ATC Computer Transport & Logistics(Best Online Transport Company), David Simon Transport (Owner Driver Haulier of the Year), O’Brien Transport (Livery of the Year) and Pallas Foods (Best Van Fleet Award).

Entering the Hall of Fame with significant milestones were CameraMatics customers ATCGoggins Transport and McElvaney Motors (a CameraMatics partner), each with 40 years in business. McCulla Ireland have clocked up 50 years and CameraMatics partner Westward Scania a fantastic 60 years!

Congratulations to each and every one of the winners at the Fleet Transport Awards 2020.

You can read how McCulla used CameraMatics to save £200,000 a year on our case studies page. We’re very pleased and honoured to count such experienced companies among our customers.

The award comes at an exciting and important time for CameraMatics. As well as Co-Founders Mervyn O’Callaghan and Simon Murray being named among the 2019 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalists, as part of our Global Expansion we recently launched our US business in Richmond Virginia where we plan on growing our team to 100+ employees to service our growing customer base and partnerships.

We’d like to thank all our customers for their ongoing business. We look forward to continuing to provide you with not only market-leading innovative technology but the very best customer service too.
