Driver events are those relating to driver behaviour – such as fatigue, distraction, phone usage, harsh braking and steering. You are able to view these and determine any follow-up required from the dashboard.
To access, click on driving events in the left-hand menu.
On the event screen, you will see a list of relevant events in the left-hand side menu. From here, you can click on the event you want to look into further.
Select an event to see full information surrounding the event itself. This shows a short clip of the event from all relevant cameras, a map where the event took place, and charts showing telematics information.
At the top you will also see information about the event.
At the top right are options for follow-up actions:
- You can rate the event – This will allow you to send the rating to thedriver if they use the driver app
- You can view the Trip – This will give you more informationsurrounding the trip this event was triggered on
- Retrieve the Video – You can submit this footage to the cloud to bestored securely
- Download Media – You can download the footage locally to yourdevice instead of uploading it to the cloud.
